The Quantum Doula Cohort is a live, immersive 6-month training led by Elder Midwife Whapio ~ one of the most respected voices in holistic birth work, with over four decades guiding families through the sacred, undisturbed nature of birth and training thousands of students around the world ~ Alongside mentorship from Coté Garceau, an experienced holistic doula and childbirth educator who serves as Whapio's trusted assistant and a Matrona teacher, bringing over 400 births of hands-on experience to help you build the practice, the presence, and the business that supports your calling

Program Structure
The Journey: Two Modules, One Becoming
~ Module 1 ~ Foundations:
The Living Teaching (October 3 – December 20, 2026)
During the first three months, you're fully immersed.
This is the most intensive stretch of the program: you'll gather with Whapio for six full weekend intensives ~ two weekends per month, Saturday and Sunday, five hours a day ~ 60 hours of live, foundational teaching in anatomy, physiology, birth support, and the sacred nature of undisturbed birth.
Alongside this, you'll meet with Coté every other Wednesday evening ~ with the exception of holiday weeks, when calls shift to Tuesday ~ for 3 hours of live mentorship, plus more than 10 bonus hours of video from Whapio's midwifery archive to revisit anytime, along with assignments, reflection, and a private community..

~ Module 2 ~ Deepening:
Wisdom-Keeping in Practice (January 6 – March 31, 2027)
The teaching doesn't stop when the weekend intensives end ~ it deepens, and the rhythm changes.
During the last 3 months of the program, THE VAULT OPENS:
More than 50 hrs of videos and lessons drawn from Whapio's lifetime of midwifery teaching become yours to go deeper in your studies of physiology and wisdom keeping of birth, at your own pace, alongside a small study group of fellow students.
Coté continues her every-other-Wednesday mentorship straight through this module ~ shifting to Tuesday during holiday weeks. ow turning her focus to you ~ your identity as a doula, the business behind your calling, and the practical skills that turn everything you've learned into a real, sustainable practice
Whapio returns live two times a month for a Wisdom-Keeping Circle, bringing her decades of experience directly to your questions and guiding you through the video lessons.

during the first 3 months ~
6 weekend intensives with Whapio
Twice a month, Saturday and Sunday. 5 hours each day. Total of 60 hours of deep, immersive teaching from Elder Midwife Whapio. From physiology, to undisturbed birth, and wisdom keeping
14 Live Mentorship Calls with Cote
During the 6 months of the program, you'll meet with Coté every other Wednesday evening ~ with the exception of holiday weeks, when calls shift to Tuesday ~ for 3 hours of mentorship. A total of 42 hours dedicated to integrating Whapio's teachings into your own hands, voice, and practice.
Combined with Whapio's 60 hours of live teaching, that's 100+ hours of live teaching and mentorship across the program.
Through the 6 months, we'll discuss topics like building your doula services, platforms, contracts, prenatal visits, working with herbs, rituals, and community support, among others.

Coté brings the lived practice of a holistic doula — from setting up your offerings, packages, finding your ideal client, working with herbs, rebozo, ritual, AND contracts, etc... From birth support to the unglamorous, beautiful work of building a real business doing this sacred work.
In your mentorship calls, she will hold you, challenge you, and guide you on how to build a practice that is heart centered, but also profitable. Her personal stories are woven through every session.
