Holistic Postpartum Care
A One-Day Immersion · 12 to 4:30pm EST

The postpartum period is a threshold, raw, tender, sacred, and profoundly transformative.
This one-day class is for parents and doulas who feel called to go beyond the physiology of postpartum and into the subtle realms of emotion, consciousness, and ritual - learning how the simplest acts of care, like offering warmth, preparing a nourishing meal, creating an herbal bath - can become true medicine for grounding, release, and self-healing when offered with intention, and deep listening.
